Amendments en bloc to the change the language requiring collar labels to read such that the label must be on the "inside center of the neck midway between the shoulder seams". It also changes the "mail order catalogue and mail order promotional material" requirements so that they apply simply to "mail order promotional material". The amendments en bloc are to the Derrick amendment (HA1090).
