An amendment to add that in determining priorities among releases and threatened releases under the National Contingency Plan and in carrying out remedial action the Administrator shall establish a high priority for acquisition of all properties (including nonowner occupied residential, commercial, public, religious, and vacant properties) in the area which, prior to 3/22/80, the President determined an emergency to exist because of the released hazardous substances and in which owner occupied residences have been acquired pursuant to such determination. This applies to Love Canal properties.
