An amendment to strike language "at full Federal expense" for authorizing and directing the Secretary to construct a project for flood damage reduction and recreation in Falmonth, Kentucky, and to reduce the amount for design and construction from 189,000,000 dollars to 135,400,000 dollars. It adds that the provisions of the bill requiring that 25 percent of the cost of a project be born by nonfederal sources apply to the Falmouth, Kentucky, project.
