An amendment to direct the Secretary to plan, design, and construct access road improvements to the existing road from the west end of Sardis Lake to Daisy, Oklahoma, at full federal expense at an estimated cost of $10,000,000. This is part of the flood control project at Sardis Lake. The amendment also states that nonfederal interests shall operate and maintain facilities at their own expense.
