An amendment to add to the list of things that fall under the federal share of the cost of construction of general navigation features the costs of removal, alteration, and reconstruction of the armor (protective covering) of existing bridge tunnels attendant to dredging a channel deeper than 45 feet. These costs apply to building deep draft ports.
