Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to the Oakar amendment to prohibit the use of any findings, recommendation or other determination made by the consultant in any proceeding under the following laws: Civil Rights Act of 1964, Fair Labor Standards Act of 1983, or any other provision of law relating to discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This restriction shall not apply if Congress enacts a bill or joint resolution that specifically endorses the findings of the report of the consultant submitted to Congress.
