An amendment to add to the provision that prohibits use of monies in the act to pay the salary of any D.C. employee whose name, title, grade, salary, past work experience, and salary history are not available to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations and the D.C. Council the following other entities that must have access to the information for the salary to be paid: House Committee on the District of Columbia and the Subcommittee on Governmental Efficiency and the District of Columbia of the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs.
