Amendment98th Congress
An amendment stating that with respect to matters relating to the performance of their official duties, Members of Congress may be considered to be recipients of Federal financial assistance for purposes of section 901 of the Education Amendments of 1972, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, section 303 of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and section 601 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to the same extent that other federal entities are covered by those acts.
