An amendment to change the requirements that make a medical center eligible for free immunosuppresive drugs. Under the bill only centers that perform 25 or more of specified types of transplants are eligible. This amendment provides that in states that do not have facilities that meet such requirements, facilities that perform 15 or more such transplants shall be eligible.
