Amendments en bloc to reduce salaries and expenses in the office of the Secretary of Treasury by $2 million from $56,474,000 to $54,474,000; to reduce funding for international affairs expenses in the Office of the Secretary by $2 million, from $22,768,000 to $20,768,000; and to increase by $4 million the outlay for U.S. Customs Service operation and maintenance air interdiction program, from $32,070,000 to $36,070,000.
