An amendment to clarify that owners and operators of privately owned international bridges would not be subject to penalties imposed by the bill on individuals who bring illegal aliens into the diligently carried out procedures approved by the Attorney General to be free of sanctions for bringing illegal aliens into the U.S. This also applies to toll roads.
