Amendments en bloc making reductions in funds for House Leadership offices, salaries for officers and employees, funds for committee employees, funds for studies and investigations of the Committee on Appropriations, funds for studies of the committee on the Budget, funds for Members staff, the contingency expense account of the House. The amendment limits the increase to 3.5 percent over the level of last year.
