Amendment98th Congress
An amendment authorizing the procurement of 15 MX missiles but no funds may be obligated before April 1, 1985 when the President shall determine whether the Soviet Union is acting in a manner indicating that it is willing to further limit and control strategic nuclear missile weapons similar to the MX. If the Soviets are so acting these funds may not be obligated. If the Soviets are not so acting the funds may be obligated.
