Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to the McCurdy substitute to the Brown (CA) amendment to permit use of funds for testing the U.S. Space Defense System (anti-satellite weapon) as long as the number of tests do not exceed the number of Soviet tests for an anti-satellite interceptor weapon. This limitation will not apply if the President certifies to Congress that the Soviets have conducted tests since enactment of this act of an anti-satellite interceptor weapon.
