Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to the Brown (CA) amendment, as amended, to permit testing of the ASAT system, limiting the number of tests to the number of operational and developmental tests conducted by the Soviets on an antisatellite interceptor weapon against an object in space. This restriction on testing will not apply if the President certifies to Congress that the U.S.S.R. has further tested an anti-satellite interceptor weapon after the enactment of this Act.
