An amendment to make the $60,500,000 available for FY'85 procurement of Army weapons and tracked combat vehicles available from the sale of M48A5 tanks instead of from funds remaining from FY'84. It also makes $99,000,000 available for Air Force aircraft procurement accounts for FY'85 from the sale of aircraft, with $86,200,000 to be transferred from remaining FY'84 funds for that purpose as well, instead of having a total of $185,200,000 coming from remaining funds from FY'83 and FY'84.
