An amendment to stipulate that no procurement funds may be used for binary chemical munitions, including advanced procurement of long lead components or for the establishment of a production base for such munitions. The amendment accordingly lowers Army ammunition procurement funds from $2,220,000,000 to $2,165,000,000, lowers Navy procurement funds from $5,339,500,000 to $5,319,000,000, and lowers Air Force procurement funds from $8,441,700,000 to $8,421,000,000.
