An amendment to the Bennett amendment as amended by the Price amendment to add language that sets Air Force missile procurement funding at $5,942,700,000, prohibits use of procurement funds for the MX, and states that it is the intent of Congress that denial of MX procurement funds for FY'85 is a moratorium on the program and not a unilateral termination of it.
