An amendment to add that it is not only the sense of Congress that Egypt is provided foreign assistance with the expectation that Egypt will support and fulfill the provisions of the Camp David Accords and the Egyptian - Israeli Peace Treaty, but that foreign assistance to Israel is provided with the expectation that Israel will do likewise. The bill only mentions Egypt, the amendment adds Israel.
