An amendment to add the following exemption from the ineligibility section of the bill: the provisions for ineligibility for production on highly erodible land shall not apply to any highly erodible land during any crop year if such land was planted in reliance on the determination by the Soil Conservation Service that such land was not highly erodible land. The exemption shall not apply to any crop which was planted on any land after the Soil Conservation Service determines such land to be highly erodible land.
