An amendment to delete the provision of the bill that permits federal vocational education funds to be used to support secondary school programs that (a) integrate academic and vocational programs, (b) systematic training and experience to teach all aspects of economic enterprises, (c) equal access to populations having special needs, and (d) student involvement in production or provision of goods and services needed for community social and economic development.
