An amendment to the rail service improvement section to provide up to $40,000 for transfer to the State of New Mexico for study of the feasibility of establishing a high-speed rail corridor between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM, and up to $35,000 to the State of New Mexico for study of the feasibility of constructing a rail line for the carriage of coal and other commodities from northwestern New Mexico.
