An amendment to 1) strike section 8 which allocates funds for the District of Columbia, eliminating $500,000 designated for groups in the arts in D.C. which have national significance and do not receive other funds from the Department of the Interior, and 2) increase from $13,490,000 to $20,150,000 funds for use under the Museum Services Act for FY'84.
