An amendment to add a new section to require the Administration, within 120 days of enactment of the bill, to conduct an investigation on the use of alternatives to the use of EDB (ethylene dibromide) as a citrus, soil, and grain fumigant. The Administration is to report to Congress, and the report is to include assessments in areas that are heavily impacted.
