An amendment to require the Advisory Board of Child Abuse and Neglect to conduct a study on the relationship between the providers of child care services under the act and state and local law enforcement agencies with particular emphasis on sharing information concerning repeated or life threatening cases on child abuse. The study may not include instances of infants at risk with life threatening congenital impairments. The report is to be submitted to Congress within one year of enactment of this bill.
