An amendment providing that the Secretary shall establish a manufactured housing weatherization information program to encourage the weatherization of manufactured homes, both for owners and renters. The program shall include the funding of energy retrofit demonstrations. The Secretary also shall utilize funds authorized to carry out the program through a national contractor working in cooperation with states, local governments, non-profit organizations and businesses.
