An amendment to require a study by the Administrator to determine the adequacy of guidelines and criteria under this Act which are applicable to solid waste management and disposal facilities. The guidelines and criteria are to be studied for adequacy of protecting human health and the environment. A report on this is to be made to Congress within 36 months. Following the report revision of the guidelines and criteria is to be made to the extent necessary to insure that they are adequate to protect human health and the environment from ground water contamination.
