Amendment98th Congress
A substitute amendment to the McNulty amendment providing that after the sixth model year after the bill's enactment the Secretary is to hold public hearings, and if it is determined that the problems addressed by the bill have been corrected, the domestic content ratio requirements and the penalties for failure to meet them will cease to have effect. This will not apply to penalties that were already imposed by the Secretary.
