An amendment to require a report to Congress within 15 months on unregulated hazardous substances that are disposed of in domestic sewage systems. Within 18 months new regulations must be in place for these hazardous waste products. And within 36 months a report is to be made on Wastewater Lagoons at publicly owned treatment works and their effect on groundwater quality.
