An amendment to require the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a study to determine the feasibility of using computer terminals located at ports and other points of exit from the entry into the U.S. in order to facilitate relevant agency interaction and to reduce delays in the issuance of export licenses under the Export Administration Act of 1979.
