An amendment to establish a demonstration project under the Departments of Commerce and Transportation to 1) initiate technical assistance programs with aviation authorities of other governments, and 2) initiate programs to assist U.S. firms in their efforts to export aerospace products and services. The Secretary of Commerce is to report to Congress by April 30, 1985 on the effect of the program, making recommendations for discontinuance, continuance, expansion, or other appropriate recommendations.
