An amendment to change the schedule for EPA determination of which of the RCRA regulated hazardous wastes should be banned from land disposal. One third must be reviewed within 32 months, another third within 42 months and the final third within 52 months. The amendment also has provisions for application of amendments to the Hazardous Waste Control Act made by this bill. The amendments shall go into effect in all states at the same time, unless the state has received specific exemptions. The amendment sets out the conditions for such exemptions.
