An amendment to specify that the terms "significant adverse effect on the values for which such national park system was established" and "degrade or threaten the natural or cultural resources of any such unit" shall not include the activity of hunting in areas adjacent to any unit of the National Park System where such activity is not in violation of state or federal law or regulation.
