Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to require the Secretary to insure that each individual participating in any program established under this Act, or receiving any assistance or benefit under this Act, has not violated the Military Selective Service Act by not presenting and submitting to registration. The Director of the Selective Service System shall cooperate with the Secretary in carrying out this provision.
