An amendment to provide $10,749,000 for the U.S. and Mexico International Boundary and Water Commission. The amendment provides that of these funds $800,000 shall be made available to San Diego, California to pay for treatment of domestic sewage received from Tijuana, Mexico and that $100,000 shall be available for Nogales, Arizona, for treatment of domestic sewage received from Nogales, Mexico.
