Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to stipulate that the boundary of states as determined by a final decree of the U.S. Supreme Court is to be stationary and "not ambulatory" in determining the seaward extent of the rights of states. Also, for the purposes of this Act and the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, the boundary set by the decree is to be stationary and not ambulatory.
