An amendment to strike Title IV of the bill which provides authorizations for nine programs other than the Vocational Rehabilitation Services. The nine programs are: compensatory education, impact aid, vocational education, adult education, arts and humanities programs, museum services, community services, low income energy assistance, and special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children.
