Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to the Shelby amendment to require that by 270 days from enactment, hazardous waste produced by generators of from 250 kg/month to 1000 kg/month which is shipped off the site of production to declare the waste on EPA Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests. Within 540 days this shall apply to those generating from 100 kg/month to 1000 kg/month. And lastly, within 810 days it is to apply to firms generating from 25 kg/month to 1000 kg/month.
