Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to prohibit an increase in the U.S. quota to the Fund unless employees of the Fund are not paid in excess of the U.S. level IV Executive Schedule. Also it prohibits loans to Fund employees at rates of interest less than those under Title II of the National Housing Act on the date of the loan being made.
