An amendment to the Burton (IN) amendment to require the U.S. Executive Director to the Fund to propose and work for the adoption of Fund policies regarding the rate of remuneration paid on use of member's quota subscriptions and the rate of charges of Fund drawings to bring those rates in line with Market rates. Progress on this is to be reported to Congress within 180 days of enactment of the bill.
