An amendment to strike the prohibition in the bill against Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve bank audits including 1) transactions with or for a foreign central bank or government, or nonprivate international financing organization, 2) deliberations and actions on monetary policy, including discount window operations, reserves of member banks, securities credit, interest on deposits, and open market operations, 3) transactions under direction of the Federal Open Market Committee, and 4) part of communications among the Board of Governors and officers or employees of the Federal Reserve System in relation to 1 and 3 above.
