An amendment to instruct the Railroad Retirement Board to honor court orders that treat non Tier I railroad retirement benefits as property subject to division in divorce proceedings. Also, direct the board to make payments directly to the divorced spouse in accordance with court approved separation agreements, divorce decrees, and property settlement agreements.
