Amendment98th Congress
A substitute amendment to the Wright substitute amendment. The amendment retains the text of the original bill, except for the enactment date. It also adds the text of the Mica substitute amendment (see amendment HA286) which has an enactment date in it. In addition, it adds the text of the Wright amendment to the Mica substitute amendment (see amendment HA300).
