An amendment dealing with elimination of agricultural export subsidies: The Secretary of the Treasury shall instruct the U.S. representative to the fund to propose and work for adoption of a policy requiring that prior to receiving any IMF assistance, Fund borrowers must eliminate all predatory agricultural export subsidies which might result in reduction of other member countries' exports. The Secretary is to report to Congress within 180 days as to the progress in meeting this goal.
