The amendment permits the Secretary of the Army to make a grant to the Fort Sam Houston Independent School District of San Antonio, Texas, to provide assistance for that school district's current expenses. Also, the Secretary of the Air Force may make grants to the Randolph Field Independent School District and the Lackland Independent School District, both of San Antonio, Texas, to assist them with their current expenditures. The amendment provides $657,000 for that purpose.
