An amendment inserting a new section providing for a report to Congress detailing actions by the Bank: to maintain the competitive position of key linkage industries in the U.S., to support industries which are engaged in the export of high value added products, to support industries which are engaged in the development of new capital goods technology, to preserve and create high skilled jobs in the U.S. economy, and to enhance the opportunity for growth and expansion of small businesses and entreprenural enterprises.
