An amendment to make the following changes in maintenance and operation funds: Army from $17,598,890,000 to $17,588,890,000 (from general purpose forces fund); Army National Guard from $1,153,600,000 to $1,181,600,000, with the following redistribution of Army National Guard maintenance and operation funds: training operations from $225,508,000 to $220,608,000, logistical support from $836,162,000 to $865,662,000, headquarters and command support from $83,228,000 to $84,828,000, and medical support from $8,702,000 to $10,502,000.
