An amendment to prohibit the use of funds for assistance for the 1984 Olympic Games until the President approves a justification submitted to him by the Olympic Law Enforcement Coordinating Council. The justification is to include Olympic arrangements for security, medical support, and other related matters. It is to delineate the general financial and operational responsibilities of each organization represented on the Council by functional area and also identify the Department of Defense support that may be requested.
