Amendment98th Congress
An amendment to the Wylie amendment to add further prohibitions on the use of funds under the Multifamily Housing Production Program. Funds may not be used if the local government has 1) policies that preclude or unreasonably restrain development of rental housing, 2) building regulations that preclude or restrain the use of the least costly safe construction materials, or 3) have density regulations that restrain the development of rental property.
