An amendment providing for a land exchange, Santa Clara County Transit District, California. If the fair market value of the land received by the Transit authority exceeds the value of the land it transfers to the U.S. government, the difference is to be paid by the authority. The fair market value is to be determined by the Secretary who may place any restrictions deemed necessary to protect the U.S. interests.
